What is Gonadorelin?
FDA-approved moleculea.k.a. Factrel, LutrepulseA lab-made copy of the brain signal that starts the reproductive-hormone chain. Once an approved diagnostic drug, now mostly seen in research on testosterone and fertility signaling.

The science
A synthetic decapeptide identical to natural GnRH; pulsatile dosing stimulates pituitary LH/FSH release, while continuous dosing paradoxically downregulates the GnRH receptor and suppresses gonadotropin output.

No FDA-approved drug
Not FDA-approved for people today — Factrel (1982) and Lutrepulse (1989) are both listed as discontinued in Drugs@FDA, and the only current US approvals are veterinary products for cattle. In June 2026 FDA warned a seller that its 'Gonadorelin' is an unapproved new drug; WADA prohibits gonadorelin in males at all times (S2.2.1).

This is an approved GnRH drug — an FDA-approved prescription medication. Buying a “research” version sidesteps the prescription requirement and the approved, quality-controlled supply chain. The FDA has warned about and acted against unapproved and compounded copies. Higher legal and safety exposure than an unapproved research peptide.
