No FDA-approved drug
Not FDA-approved: in February 2024 FDA warned a US seller that its 'Thymalin' is an unapproved new drug and misbranded, rejecting the 'research use only' labeling. It is a thymus-extract preparation registered as a medicine in Russia but in neither the US nor the EU, and no clinical trials of it appear on ClinicalTrials.gov.
