This is a real, operating lab, but we could not confirm it is independent of the vendors it serves. We show its certificates for transparency, but they do not count as confirmed independent corroboration.
Why: Kovera operates a real public COA verifier (~1,816 certificates), but its independence is contested: community reports allege registration/IP overlap with a vendor client and question its ~6-month-old domain, mailbox address, and lack of accreditation. These are unverified allegations — we neither vouch for nor accuse; we simply do not count it as confirmed independent evidence.
